Discord tickets#
Join our Discord, go to the ticket channel and pick a category:

A private ticket opens that only you and the Apex team can see.

Status#
Check Apex status and FiveM status for outages.
What to include#
- Your server name (and licence key only in private tickets).
- The Ban ID for ban questions.
- Console messages or screenshots of the problem.
