Manage your subscription, extend or upgrade your plan, and the refund policy.

Open Billing in the dashboard's top bar to see your owner, plan, status, purchase date and expiry / next renewal.

Subscription#

Quarterly subscriptions renew every 3 months. Cancel any time with click here to stop in Billing — your access stays active until the end of the current period.

One-time quarterly#

No automatic renewal. Use Upgrade your plan:

• Extend 3 months — adds another quarter.
• Upgrade to lifetime — switch to a lifetime licence (any subscription is cancelled automatically).

Lifetime#

Never expires. Nothing to manage.

Refunds#

Apex is a digital product with immediate access, so all sales are final (purchasing waives the EU 14-day withdrawal right). Exceptions are made at our discretion for verified duplicate charges or if we fail to deliver the service. Configuration problems or third-party scripts aren't grounds for a refund — our support team will help you fix them instead.
